AT SDI, a full-automatic on-line detector of SDI, which can automatically and continuously detect the sit density index of water inlet to RO, and completely eliminate errors from manual testing, hence it can reflect the efficacy of RO system's pre-treatment, quickly and precisely.

 

AT SDI, adopt the test method per standard ASTM D4189-07, owns the specific design of subsystem as multichannel sampling,pressure stabilization, automatic membrane replacement and standard measurement, it is able to on-duty for long time,automatically and precisely detect the particles, colloids, or other materials bring dog to membrane pore, under standard conditions, thus reflects the quality of raw water.

1.Constructed with integrated casting framework, it ensures strictly sealed surrounding when membrane filtration is working. The unique design can make the inlet water sampling pipe keep in on-line flushing, in order to reduce the precipitation and pollution in pipe. The automatic device of air vent, can eliminate the impact of residual air bubble on membranes before starting detection.

2. Model the principle of camera roll, and equipped with the membrane rolls, which are imported from Germany, that can realize 90 times automatic tests continuously, as well as to identify each of the fouling sample numbers.

3. Provide a dry environment inside of unit, so as to ensure filtration membranes valid for long-term.

4. Equipped with tactile screen which can clearly display present state of unit and processing of the test as well. Not only get test values of SDI at the 5th, 10th and 1Sth minute, but also can look back data recorded in the history. Testing time and sampling channels can be set up automatically, the test results can be uploaded to control system by 4-20mAanalog signals or RS485 communication mode.
