Operating Principle

The analyzer supports both online installation and portable operation, with online fixed installation recommended for standard automatic SDI analyzer configurations.

Installation requires positioning the sampling port on the pipeline before the reverse osmosis system. A tee joint connection with flow control valve is standard practice. A pipeline filter is recommended to prevent debris entry, and for extended sampling lines, a bypass with overflow valve ensures continuous water flow to prevent sediment accumulation.

The integrated design combines bypass, venting, and drainage functions into a single drainage system using 10mm transparent plastic tubing routed to drainage trenches.
